Open Access Resources
Open Access Journal articles do not allow for customization of content as they include an author’s published research or editorial articles written on behalf of a particular journal. They do; however, provide another avenue for you to use openly available materials in your courses.
Additionally, many scholars prefer to publish to open access journals to avoid the distribution limitations placed upon their research when publishing to proprietary publications. Many open access journals are now peer-reviewed, providing additional credibility of content.
